Our wholesale app setup doesn't integrate with PayPal, which is one of the preferred payment methods of our retail customers. So, we're using Kip to hide the PayPal option from wholesale buyers.
The setup was quick and easy for removing it from the checkout page. We emailed support when it was still visible on the cart page, which requires some custom work because it varies by theme.
They wrote back within 20 minutes, and had it sorted exactly the way we wanted soon afterwards. Very pleased with the result and it takes care of what had been a potential customer service headache for us.
Highly recommend.
This app does exactly what I need now! My use is that I have a group of 7 products that I want to only have a Cash on Delivery option but other products that can't have a Cash on Delivery option. The issue I originally ran into was I have over 350 SKUs between the 7 products and I didn't want to copy each SKU individually. Each product's SKU starts with the same couple digits, so I chatted with Albert and he was able to make it so any SKU that contained what I designated now had the hidden payment options. For example one product's SKU is AA53-2-XL-O with everything after the dash changing with each variant, rather than typing all that I can type *AA53* and it will exclude the payment options for all variants of that product. It only took Albert about 10 minutes to add this functionality for me.
For a FREE app I am blown away but the functionality and the support I received!
Thank you for your review! It means the world to us. We are always open to improve Kip based on what our users need! And we are really happy that you found value in the solution.
