Sid was very helpful with helping me setup the app the way I wanted it. He did everything I asked and got it live very quickly. I'm glad that I decided to use them. The problem I had was customers placing an order on a Friday or Saturday and thinking they could pick up the next day. Shopify doesn't have any way to control the pickup dates. This app solved that problem. Now customers are aware that they cannot pickup on the weekends or holidays. Thank you very much!
Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re really glad Kite was able to solve the issue with weekend and holiday pickups and make the pickup dates clear for your customers.
It was a pleasure helping you get everything set up exactly the way you wanted. We truly appreciate you choosing Kite and your kind words!
Excellent app and outstanding customer support. I had a checkout issue involving digital gift cards and cake orders, and the support team responded quickly, accessed the setup and configured everything correctly for me. Gift-card-only orders now bypass the collection picker, while cake orders and mixed orders work perfectly. Friendly, efficient service and genuinely helpful support. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted we could quickly resolve the checkout issue and configure the settings so gift-card-only, cake, and mixed orders work seamlessly. We truly appreciate your recommendation and kind words about our support team!
I've had a fantastic experience with this app. I'm using the free plan, yet the features are incredibly generous and work exactly as I needed for my Shopify store.
I did run into a few setup glitches, but Sidharth was absolutely amazing. He responded quickly, identified the issues, and fixed everything so the app now works seamlessly. Some of the problems were actually caused by limitations of my current Shopify plan rather than the app itself, and Sidharth still took the time to help me find the best solution.
It's rare to find a free app with this level of functionality and customer support. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to add great features to their Shopify store.
