Kiwi Size Chart & Recommender

Great experience and product.

I had an issue relocating the size chart link within several product pages that used a customization field.

I reached out to Kiwi's customer service and they resolved it within an hour.

That's amazing customer service!

Extremely user-friendly, offering plenty of options — perfect even for sporting goods. Size charts can now be created effortlessly as a quick add-on.

We've been using this app on multiple sites for many years and have found it to be buggy from time to time. Recently this has caused issues with the operation of our sites. Bugs happen from time to time, we understand that. However, the extremely disappointing and frustrating thing is the lack of assistance and communication from the app developers. We've had an open ticket for over 6 weeks that has not been resolved and now that ticket has been removed from the chat. Overall a very frustrating experience, still with no solution. Based on our recent experience, we cannot recommend this app.

Kiwi Size Chart has been a game changer for my store. It’s clean, super easy to set up, and helps customers pick the right size with zero confusion. The support team is amazing, Markson especially went above and beyond to help. Highly recommended!

As we are startup and low on budget so was looking for an option with Free Plan . Thanks to Kiwi our wish is fulfilled & if my Budget grows definitely will move to paid plan. In free plan Mostly features were provided, with lot of customisation and option. giving the full control to the user to decide on every component.

I couldn't work out how to move the Kiwi size chart on my product page, so I emailed support to ask for help & within a few minutes Markson from the support team had very kindly made the change for me.

Kiwi is a great product anyway, but this level of support makes it an absolute must for my business.

UPDATE: I've recently added another App to my product page & this had the effect of over-riding my Kiwi settings. Within a few minutes of telling Markson about the problem he'd fixed it. FANTASTIC service as always.

Has lots of features and customer care is excellent. The application can be a bit tricky to use sometimes as there is so many settings, simplifying this would make things even better but overall a very good functioning app!

I love how easy it is to design and edit your size guide and add the elements you wish.

Had some questions regarding adding the guide to our template in Shopify but the service teams was most helpfull and fixed it right away.

I would reccoment Kiwi to others for sure!

Moved to next plan -> decided it's not okay for us (not possible to translate fields from English).

Tried to move back after few minutes and it was not possible anymore.

Created lots of manual work for us without any real reason.

It is okay. The billing setup I don't like (counts total orders). Also, the features it has are good like the recommender for size. But they are very rigid and not super customizable. Not sure if I will stick with this app or not.
