Their customer support is swift, communicates well, and very helpful. We had issues onboarding a new size chart and the team quickly implemented and set it up for us. Been using their app for years and would highly recommend it.
Thank you for taking the time to submit this amazing review! Our service goal is to go above and beyond for our customers. It's great when we get the chance to do that, but it's even better when we get such enthusiastic recognition for our efforts!
Please touch base with us again if you need anything else.
Does exactly what it promises. Great looking size guides that automatically follow our site's theme, easy to use interface and great customer service (I suggested a feature, they added it without question). Definitely worth the cost.
This app is a godsend in a world where people buy their clothes online and need help choosing the correct size. The support is great and the app has a lot of useful features to help customize the look & feel of your products & store.
Awesome app with tons of features. Has really helped curb returns for sizing issues as well as increase orders due to giving my customers more confidence in their size selections. Great customer service as well! Prompt and professional.
Thanks so much for this fantastic review! Reducing the need for (and stresses of) returns is one of the core business cases we try to solve for our customers, so we're very happy to hear this feedback. Please touch base whenever you need help again - Ron and Daniel and the rest of the Kiwi team are always standing by and ready to go!
This is a super easy app to configure and use, and contains all the features and customization ability needed. The support is excellent, and since installing our rate of returns because of sizing has been extremely low. Highly recommend.
E' assolutamente fantastica, la consiglio, leggermente complicata all'inizio ma una volta imparato ogni singola funzione si può ricreare perfettamente ed applicare qualsiasi idea si ha in mente, sia dal punto di vista grafico che operativo!
A must have app for any one selling products that require sizes! I tried several other apps that were so confusing & hard to set up...this app is very easy to set up & customize and it looks great on the website!...can't beat the low cost either!
This app is awesome! Because I have customers wanting measurements in both cms and inches, I used to painstakingly convert every measurement individually. Now I only need to put in my metric sizing and this app does the rest automatically. So GOOD!
The free option is very straightforward and gave me everything I needed for the one piece of clothing that needed sizing details. The customer service team is fantastic, they respond quickly and help fix any bugs or just things I couldn't figure out.
Kiwi helps us a lot! We can set a size table for products separately or in units. Besides, the support team is really nice, they assist you patiently and try different solutions to reach our expectations. Recommend Kiwi to whom search for a sizing app.
