Three years with Kiwi and still finding support quick and easy is wonderful to hear! We really appreciate you sticking with us and sharing your experience.
Ze hebben me super goed geholpen en was binnen 30 minuten opgelost
Getting everything sorted within 30 minutes is great to hear! We’re happy our team could step in quickly and get the issue resolved for you.
Support was prompt and very useful.
Prompt and useful support is exactly what we want every merchant to experience. Happy we could make things easier for you!
The size chart and recommender did not appear on the quick add slide draw. Sharky and the Kiwi size developers did an absolutely incredible job of solving the issue. Appreciate the time and effort team!
So glad Sharky and our developers could get the size chart and recommender working properly in your Quick Add drawer! Thanks for recognizing the team’s effort and for sharing such a thoughtful review.
works good, support is fast an responsive.
Nearly seven years with Kiwi means a lot to us! We’re glad the app continues to work well for you and that our team has been fast and responsive whenever you need help.
Totalmente recomendado es lo que espere por años, y además un excelente servicio y acompañamiento para cualquier duda
We love hearing that Kiwi was the solution you had been looking for! Thank you for the recommendation and for your kind words about our support team.
Kiwi is a great app, their customer support is next level. Ron really helped me out today!
It’s great to hear Ron was able to help you out! We’ll be sure to pass along the kind words. Thank you so much for the five stars and for choosing Kiwi!
The base app is decent, but false advertising will lead you to buying the upsell.
The translate feature clearly says "Translate your size charts and recommenders". However when you buy it and hit translate, it only translates the buttons and header.
- Content inside the size guide is not translated
- Shopify's native "Translate & Adapt" can't touch it
- Support told me you can't create per-locale Size guides, so there's no workaround
Their recommendation was to use another $40/mo translation app.
Thank you for laying this out so clearly. We’re sorry the translation feature did not meet what you expected, especially around size guide content and per-locale guides.
Our management team has followed up with you directly to review the situation, clarify the current limitations, and see how we can make this right. We’re also using your feedback to improve how Kiwi explains translation support so merchants have a clearer picture before upgrading.

Average and expensive. Claude can make size charts for free
