removed klaviyo because too expensive. Removing it has damaged my code and now shopify team are having to work to fix the problems. Avoid klaviyo like the plague!

This is not a user friendly app... maybe all email apps are the same. However, the AI 'help' used by Klaviyo runs around in circles and is a step above useless.

Klaviyo takes a lot to learn but once you've learnt then its super easy to draft a campaign, check on your flows, design new emails. Its the best email software I've come across.

Klaviyo when used properly is a game changer - just make sure that you are sending emails that people actually want to open - dont only use email marketing to promore sales and specials.
