After trying a number of of apps to find something to suit our needs, we found that Konfigr had the best layout and ease of creating product listings.
Our choice has also been backed up with fantastic support from Trent and the Sauce Code team with any issues that we've had along the way and with some awesome new features that they are continually releasing!
Thanks so much for the fantastic review. It means a lot to hear that Konfigr stood out after trying a number of different options, and I’m really glad the layout and workflow have been a good fit for what you needed. It’s also been a pleasure working with you along the way. We really appreciate the feedback, support and encouragement as we continue improving the app.
Trent has been phenomenal with the development of this app. It's exactly what we need and if we need features/updates, he's quick to implement them. Working directly with the developer has been awesome. Thanks Trent!
Thank you so much for the kind words and for taking the time to leave a review. It’s been a real pleasure working with you, and I really appreciate the feedback and ideas you’ve shared along the way. Being able to work directly with merchants and turn useful ideas into real improvements is a big part of what we want Konfigr to be about. Really appreciate your support!
We rebuilt our parts navigation around Konfigr and it's been one of our best decisions. It let us replace flat collection pages with model-specific exploded diagrams where customers click a hotspot to find the exact part they need. The unlimited hotspots handle our 20 to 40 component diagrams easily, and we've deployed it across dozens of models with no issues.
Trent was a huge help with setup and made sure everything worked perfectly. It's made finding the right part effortless for our customers, and that's exactly what we needed.
Thanks so much for the awesome review. It’s been great working with you on the rollout, and seeing Konfigr used across so many detailed exploded diagrams is exactly what we built it for.
Really appreciate the support and the kind words. Glad it’s making the parts lookup experience easier for your customers.
