We use the Koongo app to sync FBR stock and orders from Bol.com with Shopify. The app and the different feeds can be a bit confusing at first glance. But the support is great and through this support everything worked first time. For our use case, a very good app.
With many features available, the setup can feel a bit overwhelming at first. Glad to hear the support team could guide you through it and get everything running smoothly for your Bol.com integration with Shopify. Koongo also offers Bol repricing services and supports all Bol fulfilment methods, including FBB, FBM and VVB logistics.

We use it especially for selling on Zalando. Koongo imports automatically all orders and returns to Shopify. Shopify knows exactly which article was sold and our finance software (Lexoffice) automatically creates and sends the invoice/credit note to the customer.
