The best application for integration at the moment. A large number of platforms for connecting, the ability to create a custom feed, excellent support service. 5/5 without a doubt.
We’re glad Koongo meets your expectations with its wide range of supported platforms and the flexibility to create custom feeds. Providing reliable support and giving you the tools to connect wherever you want to sell is exactly what we focus on.
Doenst work at all !
For each sale channel you need years to speak with customer support and they answer once daily and you must fix with them each channel which doesnt work at all !
I was use for years and I wrote over 1500+ emails with their customer and when we solve problem, new problem appear. This app change variants ad make them separated and system publish each variant separetly !
I used it for Wish and Amazon and this was horrible experience !
Also when Wish charged penalties, this app made me errors which costed me over 240$ in penalties !
Avoid this app at all ! I asked for refund and they didnt gave me it ! They present that Koongo has integration with marketplaces, but when you try it this doesnt work !
We're sorry to hear about your experience and surprised by the change from your previous 5-star rating. You've been a seasonal Koongo user for several years, repeatedly installing and uninstalling the app, and during that time, we’ve provided multiple trial periods, regularly reviewed your store data and implemented custom rules to ensure your product data met the specific requirements of marketplaces like Wish and Amazon, without requiring manual adjustments from your side.
We’ve always aimed to offer hands-on support and continuous assistance, responding promptly to your inquiries. Unfortunately, it seems we didn’t receive a response from you on several occasions.
We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve our service.
Koongo is currently one of the best integrators on the market. Their support, especially Raül is excellent and very helpful. I definitely recommend it.
We’re continuously working on improving our integrations, and there are new enhancements for Mirakl marketplaces coming soon. More updates to follow shortly.

We had some trouble getting the app to work. But support helped and now it works. Thanks.
We know starting with new software can take a bit of getting used to, especially with more complex marketplace setups. We always aim to keep things as simple as possible.
