Koongo: Vendi sui Marketplace

We use the Koongo app to sync FBR stock and orders from Bol.com with Shopify. The app and the different feeds can be a bit confusing at first glance. But the support is great and through this support everything worked first time. For our use case, a very good app.

Stuck to Koongo as one of the oldest customers because the App is fit for purpose, very reliable and backed with prompt customer service. It is highly recommended for sellers on single and multiple platforms as it features lots of popular channels.

I personally still find it difficult to navigate and add filters on Koongo and need the assistance of support, however I am hoping that soon this process will become more user friendly.

We use this app to sell on Amazon. As we are not very technical we did need support for the whole set-up. For us the chat support was not sufficient, so we ended up having a support call, which worked wonders for us. Once set-up it has worked to perfection. All the best, the COAX Copenhagen Girls

Koongo has helped us immensely with connecting to other marketplaces. They were always available for any questions, answered to all our calls when needed, and was very warm and friendly throughout the entire process. I would recommend them as they were able to solution for any problems that arose, and resolved any issues in a timely manner.

We use it especially for selling on Zalando. Koongo imports automatically all orders and returns to Shopify. Shopify knows exactly which article was sold and our finance software (Lexoffice) automatically creates and sends the invoice/credit note to the customer.

Setting this up isn't too difficult. I did need assistance at one point due to missing the fact that I had selected SKU, but don't use SKU in my shopify store. Koonga support was extremely helpful in assisting with locating the issue and it was a quick fix. Within minutes the products were showing in our product list on the marketplace. I really do like the ability to filter product out based on vendor or whatever you choose. Overall good app... would like to see additional marketplace integrations in the future.

I was really scared to begin to work with the app as I was thinking that is sooo complicated. But it takes not so long time to orientate how it works. And what I liked very much - is the custom support. Very friendly, very professional and very patient. They are looking very focused to every detail and seeing very good what to optimise more. Big thanks to Carlos, that was for every little question ready to explain and answer. After understanding how to work with this app, it is really motivating to go on maximum marketplaces as all this integration of the shop is not scaring anymore.
