Krealo Chat puts a live chat on your storefront as an app embed, not as a tag pasted into your theme. Switch themes and the chat is still there. While a shopper types, your agent already sees what is in their cart and what page they are on. Paste in nothing: the app authorises your store on install and fills in your domains for you. Ask for an order and the agent finds it from the email the shopper gave — without leaving the conversation and without opening Shopify in another tab.
