Kudobuzz has contacted me personally after I was getting frustrated. The app is continuously improving and their responsive customer service is why I will still consider Kudobuzz.
We're really glad we reached out when you were frustrated; that's what we're here for. Hearing that you see us continuously improving means everything. Thank you for sticking with us, Black Pearl. We won't let you down. 🖤
So far I am very happy with the app. Abdul helped me with all my questions and with installing the Etsy reviews. Really easy to use! no CSV needed or complicated implementations. Thank you
This is a great app overall, but it DESPERATELY needs an option to tie products together on the backend so that duplicate or related items can share reviews.
PLEASE PLEASE make this available ASAP.
We hear you loud and clear! 🔊 That's actually brilliant feedback, and you're right: tying duplicate or related products together for shared reviews would be a game changer. No "PLEASE PLEASE" goes unnoticed. We're on it. 🛠️ Thanks for pushing us to be better!
I had a very good service to implement coding and rich snippets on our webstore : I love the application, the widgets are amazing and I was also able to import reviews from our Facebook page !! Thumbs up :-)
Wonderful way to generate more product sales and learn what products/features our customers like best. I'm sure to upgrade soon after getting dozens of great reviews, but the free service is an ideal way to start.
We’re thrilled to hear Kudobuzz has helped you generate more sales and learn from customer feedback. It’s great to know the free service provided a strong start, and we look forward to supporting you as you continue to grow and upgrade.
The app is wonderful and the support is quick, very responsive, and great. Always willing to help with difficult jobs like adding some code to the theme.
Also, get my reviews from other sources. Highly recommended
Quick support + hard jobs handled = exactly what we're here for. Really appreciate you, Duke & Sons! 🧡
Love this app because it pulls my long term facebook reviews through and with some customisation help from the wonderful support team my request for product reviews started to convert purchasers into reviewers.
Pulling long-term Facebook reviews through + customizing product review requests = winning combo! 🎯 So glad our support team could help you turn purchasers into reviewers. That's the magic right there. Thanks from Australia!
EDIT JULY/2016
After experiencing some issues with the service, they have done some fixes and it seems to be stable again.
The review platform works well, and if it stays up 24/7 we are happy to stay as customers.
Thank you so much for recommending Kudobuzz! We’re glad our team has been able to support you and take your suggestions on board. Listening to our customers and acting on feedback is at the heart of what we do.
This is a great app that does more than your regular review app. Even better is their customer service; I really wasn't expecting my query to be answered, let alone resolved in the short space of time it took. Definitely recommend.
Kena is a great help, and this app is worthwhile having. Many different options, you can position the review where you want and certainly customers will enjoy seeing some favorable words about your products.
Thanks Kena, keep it up!
