Kwik COD & Checkout

Initially, the KYC process on Gokwik was lengthy and involved multiple checks and updates, taking weeks time for approval. However, their support team was exceptionally responsive and helpful.

Once the KYC was complete, the integration process was seamless and efficient, thanks to Mr. Deepak Sharma's expertise and support. He was instrumental in setting up the Gokwik options for us.

We've been using Kwik COD & Checkout, and it has significantly improved our cash-on-delivery (COD) order process. The OTP verification helps reduce fake orders, and the seamless checkout experience has boosted our conversion rates.

The app is user-friendly, efficient, and highly customizable. Plus, the customer support team Mr.Deepak Sharma is always responsive and helpful, ensuring smooth operations whenever we need assistance.

Highly recommended for any eCommerce store looking to optimize COD orders and reduce RTO rates!

there software are helpful for secure payments, and they many features to filter out the high risk customer when they opt for COD, you can set partial payments for only high risk customer, you can get customers to verify with otp before placing COD order, They really helps in getting low RTO

I have used COD App by GoKwik. It helped us to OTP verify COD orders. Hence, we could avoid all fraud orders being placed on our website. Team was very prompt in responding. Tushar helped us during installation process and later whenever we faced any issues. He did a proper handholding. Thanks Tushar! Without him, implementation would not have been possible as I am not good with technical aspects.

Currently we are availing the cod hide & cod verification feature of this app and is amazing in terms of cod verification and our fake orders reduced. Though the overall orders have reduced but whatever order we receive in our Shopify panel they at to the extent genuine.
And today Vasu was also a great help to us in GoKwik pass and other COD settings with immense patience.
Thanks team GoKwik. Keep up the good work. All the best...

Its been almost 6 months since we are using Kwik COD app and really appreciate the efforts they put into it. Initially when we were onboarded there were some glitches but the support is very flexible to help you out.
I must say that I have never seen such support team put this much effort for their clients. The product is very great and recommendable. The features they are providing by under standing the market and business needs is upto the mark. Really great support they have given.

Good to talk to Mr Arora , Helped me lot to set up the App .
But the actual app - CHeckout is very costly (2.5 % fees) .
The CASH on delivery is free for 1000 order , but in the setting showing 2% fees .
There should be no Prepaid now button in the final check out box .

The app needs some work in customization, rest assured, it works seamlessly, and their support team is helpful (unlike the Advanced CoD app where no one was actually listening). Manshi in particular was really understanding. Do ask for her if you need quick resolution.

Great service, quick turnaround from technical team and very patient support person.
Also when I uninstalled the app thinking it is not working after many trials, I got a call from another team personnel asking for reason and telling me if any issues I can directly escalate to her.
So I think they are really working to be a full fledged COD app.

Good alternative to Shopify COD, helps with hiding COD for certain products and conditions.

Great support staff
