Kwik COD & Checkout

Great support from the team, specially Sunil. Thank you for the support for the KYC

Great app, with top hogh level customer support team like Shubam and Tushar.

Helped me get alot of sales and conversions

I have emailed 4-5 times now and clearly nobody from your team cares to contact back or tell us how to complete the onboarding process. I was thinking of buying the premium for Gokwik but clearly there is no point in dealing with such an unprofessional company and the laziest onboarding team I have ever dealt with.

All you guys have done is submit the ticket, we will resolve it, we have shared the details with the team, and what not. This is the worst experience. First learn how to handle the customer and then run a business.

DONT RECOMMEND THE APP AT ALL. WORST APP.

Manshi was very helpful & supportive

The Customer Support team is very rapid and helpful with the setup. Very nice App

nice, they connected to me on google meet and solve my problem, really helpful

Customer support is very good - Nikita

Smooth onboarding carried out by Deepak Sharma from the Gokwik team.

amazing Support . We Guided by Swati

Very good support, and the UI is pretty good too. One of the best COD apps.
