Kwik COD & Checkout

This app is now the best option as Advanced COD has been disabled. I had a few issues initially but Pankaj and team sorted it out even though they had a tough weekend due to the rush of businesses flooding to get onboarded on the app. I am satisfied with the implementation and looking forward to future updates. Kudos to Pankaj for hand holding us through our issues and explaining it in detail. This app will enable us to increase conversions through their vast database and enable us to process COD orders seamlessly and securely. Its a no brainer for all COD needs!

Did you know you have the most third-class support team? We activated GoKwik payments on our website and started getting errors. When we contacted support, one agent told us that our KYC wasn’t completed. Later, another support agent confirmed that our KYC was actually completed but refused to assist with the payment issue, saying he could only help with the COD feature. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful support. Instead of solving issues, they just pass the responsibility around. Would not recommend!

Great UI and Ux loved the flow of customer retension, it significantly reduces RTO and COD checkouts and increases prepaid orders, loved the whole onboarding from Gokwik team, it has a very great feature where customer address are already prefilled due to their vast database, easy checkout.

It's solved my RTO issues and helped to improve returns and fake orders.
And dashboard application is very helpful to manage activities.

GoKwik has resolved one of the biggest challenges faced by a customer while checking out on shopify store. No more manually typing address. the same is taken care of by OTP and the address field is automatically prefilled. It has helped customers to checkout seamlessly using OTP authentication and helped them save lot of time to manualy fill in the address, and also helped shopify store owners to increase their sales. GoKwik not only offers quick checkout option but also comes with plathora of other features that is beneficial to shopify store owners to scale their ecom. It has definitely helped us scale ours for sure.

Worst customer support I’ve experienced. Multiple attempts to reach out went unanswered. Feels like there’s no support once you install the app. Not recommended.
