Excellent app with even better support. The onboarding was smooth and the team was responsive whenever we had questions. Abandoned cart recovery and broadcast campaigns were easy to set up.

I recently onboarded with GoKwik Engage & Pass, and my onboarding experience was excellent. Tanmoy, the onboarding lead, was very supportive, responsive, and always available whenever I needed help. The support so far has been great.
The main reason I chose this platform for our brand, Attire Dot, was its abandoned checkout recovery and lead conversion capabilities. Since the platform fee is on the higher side, I'm expecting it to deliver good conversions and ROI. If it helps us achieve that, I'll happily update my rating to 5 stars. Otherwise, I'll revise my review based on the results.
