We are using Lably very successfully with our online shop. The app itself is very intuitive, but we do have a few layout issues that require a bit of fiddling to appear properly. But technical support has been great.

App did exactly what I wanted however there were a couple glitches that meant it didn't work when viewed on an ios device. The support was fantastic and they fixed the issue really quickly. It now works perfectly!

Extremely easy to apply labels to products, whether using the ones provided by the app or your own custom designs. The support is also excellent — not only quick to fix any issues that may come up, but also very open and helpful when it comes to creating something new based on your ideas. Highly recommended!

We are very pleased with the Lably app and the customization it provides with product labels. We were able to expand way beyond the limited scope of Shopify product labels with this app. The Lably team is also wonderful to work with, they were able to provide prompt and effective support and really helped us modify the labels so that they fit in and worked well with our store theme. We’ve been using Lably for both badges and labels, and the experience has been great. We have found the APP extremely easy to use with lots of configuration options. We had one small display issue and contacted support via chat and they fixed our issue with 10 minutes, outstanding.

Good customer service, the guys respond very quickly and can answer complex queries. For example, they gave me a piece of custom code to solve my very advanced issue, and they know their stuff. Great app.

I downloaded Lably recently after comparing it to 5 other apps. I couldn't believe that it was totally free so I had to test it out. It works flawlessly and supports all the necessary use-cases for setting up labels and the conditions behind them. Not only is the app free, but the support team is fantastic and the response time was within 5 minutes. I would recommend anyone looking for a label/badge app to use Lably.

It's a great app and is very easy to use. It has tons of customizability, and it is great that it is free. I had issues with the labels and badges not being in the right location. I reached out to support, and within a few minutes, Oleksandr was there to help me. He did a great job making the formatting look great and quickly responded to my messages. I will definitely keep this app on my website and any other website in the future; I highly recommend it!
