Doesn't translate everything on other apps that you have to use within shopify. Doesn't work with for example Judge.me review app or Pagefly.

It translates part of the text and then skips an entire section for no reason. No matter what I do it doesn't work.

The other thing is that they don't have a chat support. An app this big and pricy really should invest some of that cash in a chat support. I mean, even a small company like ours have a dedicated chat support.

I've been using Langify for a year now. It has all the features I need for my international ecommerce. The customer service is very nice and effective. I highly recommend it!

Extremely slow, no integration with Pagefly and 'static section' is connected to 1 theme, so for development it's a nightmare. Support is friendly.

The app is perfect with very intuitive controls. I am a web developer and I use this app whenever I need to translate a website. Plus the support works instantly and anytime!

Creating and managing a website can be an overwhelming task, but the ability to connect with a human, even through chat, can make the process more manageable. Easy to use and plenty of online help from third parties for those of us who are not into web development. The Langify support team helped me customise the language dropdown to suit my site; this whole process took less than 2 hours - amazing service!

It is a candidate to be the best translation application, but it has some shortcomings and I think it needs to be updated urgently.

1.Easy filtering of untranslated content would be great.
2.Also, by integrating the contents with google sheets, faster updates can be provided.
3.When we change the content of the product with automatic translation, the url structure of the product does not change. the url structure needs to be changed with the title in accordance with the content.

You need to do a lot of manual processing.

I don't understand why it has so many positive reviews. This app does absolutely nothing to help with workload and adds more workload. Features are added, upgrades are done and your entire previous work is all of a sudden gone which one then has to redo. If I could, I would use another app and avoid this one as this is a whole bunch of manual work and then repeat again the manual work as they delete information that one previously uploaded. And then magically disappears. Oh, and it is never the app's fault if something doesn't work properly based on common sense but always the user's fault. Instead of fixing issues the customer service team is telling you workarounds. Seriously? If your customer service needs to provide a work-around there is a fault and not a user error.

I love that this app includes custom translation and the Langify team responds fast and is always of great help when we need help with translation or language switcher bugs. A great app all-around!
