I've been using Langify on my store for a few years now. It's easy to use and the support team are amazing and quick to respond to any issues. I've just changed my theme and wasn't happy with how the language switcher was looking. Contacted the langify support team and it was sorted within a hour. 100% recommend this app.

Making a website multilingual isn't so easy as I first thought. Luckily there's Langify. The power of Langify is huge. The more I use it, the more I realise. The people from the helpdesk are great, I never feel alone and I don't have to lose time trying to learn stuff I'll forget anyway. I can just focus on my job.

Very happy with Langify! I still believe they are the best option available for a multi-language Shopify site. We are so impressed with their amazing level of customer service. Langify has been great. I wanted to translate my website and it has enabled me to do this without any previous experience. The support team have been great and always quick to respond and helpful even with making functional alignment changes as I was translating from a Left to Right to a Right to Left language. Highly recommended!

I have switched from one theme to another and my translations did not show - I wrote to the support team and Johannes reacted to my question and fixed it so quickly I did not have time to remember I had a problem :) ! The customer support is excellent. They helped me for several points and very quickly. I recommend it 100%.

Now, 5 years later, I am still with Langify and could not be more happy. I updated to the new version and all went well and if I have questions, the staff at Safe as Milk is always there and replies very quickly. I truly recommend!

I have now launched in English and in French and I couldn't have done it without the help of Jerome. He handled some specific requests I had to make the language switcher look seamless with my site's design as well as help me with some technical aspects that I needed further explanation on.

The app itself is very solid and useful. Easy to use and great value for money. You can unlock entire new markets for just a small amount of money each month!! Very responsive and successful support service. But where Langify really shines it's the customer service!! We would give 6 stars for that. Quick, to the point, friendly and useful. Absolutely amazing, thanks guys!!

Non-efficient customer support. I tried to uninstall the app and it did not remove all their code. After I contacted them they told me no code was left and that was not true and later they have also realized that. They told me to reinstall the app, then to uninstall, then to install again (I have lost hours with this) I still do not have my problem solved and no reply for over 5 hours.

The Langify app works very well and digs deep to find things that need translations. Most system messages already have translations, so I only had to review them and update the custom messages and product descriptions.

There were a couple of things that didn't work right for me, but the support team were very patient and persistent to understand my needs and find or develop solutions. Great job!
