langify ‑ translate your store

The team at Langify is absolutely excellent. I had an issue that I couldn’t resolve myself and was really struggling to figure it out, but their support was incredibly fast, efficient, and effective.

They quickly identified the problem and sorted everything out without any hassle. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish.

Genuinely brilliant service — highly recommended.

Translated Policies with the app to German and French. For an app that praises it’s own legal accuracy, the mistakes are horrible. The justification that the app enables manual updating is not an argument. I speak several languages and am versed in international legal documents.
This is not an app i will use, translations can’t be trusted.

Btw, I had upgraded the basic option to the next level, thinking it might be increasing the professionalism.

Translating a complicated website is never easy, and I've gone down quite a few roads. However, I'm happy I've ended my journey here. My website is now in 5 languages.

The support has been 10/10 (late night replies, helpful people). Thanks to Jack, Vera, Tony, Tobias, James and Michael (this probably proves how much support I've asked for!)

Doesn't translate everything on other apps that you have to use within shopify. Doesn't work with for example Judge.me review app or Pagefly.

It translates part of the text and then skips an entire section for no reason. No matter what I do it doesn't work.

The other thing is that they don't have a chat support. An app this big and pricy really should invest some of that cash in a chat support. I mean, even a small company like ours have a dedicated chat support.

I've been using Langify for a year now. It has all the features I need for my international ecommerce. The customer service is very nice and effective. I highly recommend it!

Extremely slow, no integration with Pagefly and 'static section' is connected to 1 theme, so for development it's a nightmare. Support is friendly.

Creating and managing a website can be an overwhelming task, but the ability to connect with a human, even through chat, can make the process more manageable.
