Great App and a Team That Cares!
I'm happy to update my review to five stars!
We had a bit of a rocky start with some technical issues, but the LangShop team reached out, listened to our concerns, and genuinely made an effort to get things sorted.
I really appreciate how they handled everything and the personal attention they gave us. It's clear they care about their customers and want to make things right.
The app itself is a great solution for multilingual Shopify stores, and I'm glad we managed to work things out.
Thanks to the LangShop team for the support and for turning things around. Happy to recommend them!
Hi SkyPulse team!
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear that your experience with LangShop did not meet your expectations.
We take reports of technical issues and concerns about customer support seriously. We understand how frustrating it can be when technical difficulties affect your storefront, and we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
We would be happy to review all the issues and concerns you have raised and investigate what happened.
To help us look into this thoroughly, could you please share the details of the emails or support tickets you previously submitted to our team?
This will allow us to review the communication history, better understand your experience, and determine how we can assist you.
We value your feedback and are committed to continuously improving our app, theme compatibility, and customer support.
We look forward to the opportunity to review your case and address your concerns.
Kind regards,
LangShop team
I do not recommend. You can have 3 free languages on the native Shopify and then if you add this app, the 3 you already have for free are counted as if part of their plan, so you need to pay extra to get to add a new language and pay the 3 you already translated with another app. It makes no sense to me. Unistalling it now because I am certainly not paying for the translatation to languages I have already translated the site too...
Hello, Les Enfants Team!
Thank you for sharing your feedback — we're sorry to hear about your negative experience with LangShop
That said, LangShop offers a much wider range of features and customization options compared to the native Shopify tool. All translations - including those you've already completed - can be managed, edited, or re-translated directly in our app, giving you more control and flexibility in one place.
If you'd like, our team would be happy to review your setup and suggest the best option for your needs - just reach out to us anytime.
We're always open to feedback and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Best regards,
LangShop team
We tested a lot of translation apps — LangShop is by far the best.
The advanced redirect is flawless: right country, right language, right currency, automatically and without a single bug. Quality translations you can still edit by hand, a glossary to keep the brand voice consistent, the whole store translated (theme, third-party apps, checkout, emails, SEO), and a clean switcher.
Super responsive support. We use it on several stores and we're not switching.
Hello, Purea!
Thank you so much for the wonderful review - we truly appreciate it!
We're delighted that LangShop has been the best solution for you and that everything has been working flawlessly.
Our support team is available 24/7, and we're always happy to help!
Best regards,
LangShop team
