Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the compatibility issue you've experienced between our app and Simprosys Google Shopping Feed.
While we strive to ensure our app works smoothly with most Shopify apps, due to the extensive range of available apps, it's unfortunately not feasible for us to test compatibility with all of them individually.
However, there's a quick solution you can apply: You can disable the GA4 tracking code insertion from our app's settings. This way, our app will only monitor traffic without affecting your existing Google Analytics implementation installed by another app.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need any assistance applying this solution—I'll be glad to help!
I like it very much.
i have paid for 1 year, and i can't use it.
The issue has been resolved and everything should be working now.
Scam, GA4 can be easily installed by placing the code in header, they are trying to charge $35 yearly for one simple thing.
We offer “Automatically Add GA4 Tracking Code” for free, you don’t get charged for this.
Just use our “Tracking” plan and you will pay nothing.

I'm genuinely sorry to hear about your experience, and I completely understand your frustration.
Typically, the refund process involves uninstalling the app first and then notifying us so we can promptly process your refund or issue app credits. I noticed you've already uninstalled the app, and I've proactively issued a full refund in the form of app credits for you.
We always strive to provide excellent service, but since refunds are handled through Shopify's system, we're not automatically notified of issues unless you reach out to us directly. Had we known earlier, we would have happily resolved this immediately.
Thank you again for your understanding, and please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything more we can do to assist you.
best
Nothing to add.
Thanks a lot for your review.
