I loved using this app, but it just stopped working. I keep getting a message when I log-in. I tried to delete it and reinstall it but same error message. Sadly have to look for a new app that works properly.
Error Message: "Server Error
The service you requested is not available yet.
Please try again in 30 seconds."
Hi Ocasa Botanica team,
Apologies for the server error you ran into. Launch Lab recently changed ownership and, during the handover, few things slipped through the cracks, that's what caused the issue. It's now fixed and fully back up.
If you'd be willing to give it another shot, reach out through the chat support inside the app and we'll make sure you're up and running. We'd love to have you back.

Not liking the app. Having technical difficulties and noone will get back to me. I'm going to cancel my account.
Hi Studio Opal Boutique team,
You reached out and no one got back to you, that shouldn't have happened, and I'm sorry. Launch Lab recently changed ownership and support lapsed during the handover. We're back and actively responding again now.
Before you cancel, let us make it right. Message us through the in-app chat and we'll get on the technical issue right away. After almost two years with us, the least we can do is fix this properly.

The app is well-designed and integrates seamlessly with my store. The developers communicate clearly and are highly receptive to client feedback, often willing to implement suggested features. I highly recommend it.
Launch Lab took us to the next level last bfcm and that was only with one bundle!! We've grown revenue 4x since then and the higher AOV from bundles, quantity discounts, and all you can do with the cart drawer is a huge reason for the growth!
Super Grateful to Launch Lab!!!
I was a bit skeptical at first, but that quickly changed after I got in touch with them. Their service and professional approach are truly top-notch.
The app itself has given my webshop a professional look – and the potential to boost sales is every webshop owner's dream.
Absolutely a 10 out of 10!
Super app with great features!
I had a little issue, and the support helped me right away and solved the problem immediately. Recommend!
By far the most user friendly and cost effective app to bundle and upsell. And i have tried many before this one. hands down the best! The aesthetic is so neat and clean too. Cannot recommend enough so far.
Great app and fantastic suport. Easy to use and a lot of nice features!
I had an issue that required trouble shooting and Weebe/Sara were determined to solve it (they did) and Sara's communication throughout was prompt and consistent (I never felt like I was hanging waiting). The app and 'how to use it' guides are all pretty easy to follow. 100% positive!
