I had some trouble with uploading a personal video to my page, but thanks to Caroline it works! She made a custom video section within minutes that works perfect :)! Whenever i'm having trouble, i'm sure their team can help me !
I got myself into a bind and had done a ton of work on a page - I asked for help publishing my page and received AWESOME customer service. Within 10 minutes they helped make sure I didn't lose any of my work. This is an amazing app.
The customer service is very good Andy, in particular, is smart and AMAZING! I'm still waiting for the dev to solve my issues. If this app were updating its section it was perfect
They need to update the templates according to Shopify
Hi
Thank you for your review and I'm sorry to hear that. Hope you understand we are always happy to help you as much as we can to the extent that the app can meet, even our entire team spent a lot of time for you and helped you a lot in customizing the store from month to month. A lot of customer have used and satisfied with our app, they are satisfied with the features that the app brings. But for you, you are asking for some new features that are too advanced and new designs that highly personalized, even beyond app's limits. And this is really not fair for us when you leave the bad review just for reason we can't do what you ask. Please know we’d like to make this right for you but we don't have enough human to support you that way please.
Again, thank you for your understanding! Also our support team always welcomes you!
Their customer service is Outstanding, Excellent services. Dilys has helped a lot while I facing any kind of problem in doing my pages. Never met such kind and helpful customer service, especially that beautiful inside and out. Supreme!
J'attends toujours qu'on m'aide, on m'a promis de l'aide il y à deux jour, et le problème est entrain d'être résolu, bon service à l'écris, et réactifs. Niveau developpement, encore deux trois bugs divers mais c'est tout à fait utilisable.
Really good templates and free capabilities! Really can do a lot with this app.
Customer service is really helpful as well.. they actually customized one of the themes with a minor adjustment and didn't charge me (they usually charge for that).
We used this app to build an about us page and needed help showing the team section of the page, which wasn't showing. I contacted help and was connected to Caroline. She was prompt, friendly, and fixed it right away. Kudos to Caroline & LayoutHub!
So far so good :: this is of course with the help of Flora :: the very excellent supprot technician from Layout Hub. Flora is to the point with her very excellent guidance. Hard to find good customer support. Somebody should give Flora a promotion and a raise
I just using this app, crazy possibilities and a fantastic support. Maria is so dedicated with me, Im just a little amateur and she was so patient and cool with me. I need to create an ecommerce platform and the different templates are very useful and very well done.
