In January I rated this as 3 stars. I found the App 'quite buggy' . I have now worked with the App for a month, and with LayoutHub resolved the issues. We created our first page and launch it. The blocks are good. I still think there's a lot of repetition and some obvious blocks missing from their templates, but you can create 3 basic pages for no charge, which is a fantastic offer. UPDATE - the customer service as responsive when we had issue with our initial page. When we tried to create a Landing Page for a bespoke collection, the images were blurred In the App (not the collection) prices in US$ (we are a UK site). Sure these should be easy to resolve, yet 4 days later no reply.
Because the pages need creating - we moved to an alternative - rather that upgrading to their paid plans.

I’m sorry to hear that your experience with blurred images and delayed responses ultimately led you to switch to another solution. That definitely wasn’t the level of service or quality we aim to provide, and I understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when your project timelines depended on us.
Since 2021, LayoutHub has gone through many important changes. I’ve personally joined as the new Customer Success Manager and built an entirely new support team, trained with much stronger product knowledge and faster response time. We’ve also continued to refine our app, with improved image handling, currency localization, and more flexible template options to help merchants like you create beautiful, custom pages with ease.
Although some time has passed, I truly hope you might consider giving LayoutHub another try in the future. It would be our pleasure to support your success and show you how far we’ve come.

Conceptually, this app is great. It enables the not so technically inclined to easily put together a decently looking page using a library of pre-designed blocks. Unfortunately, it's still a little rough around the edges. I'm fairly confident that eventually they'll get there, though. Most of the issues that came up, disappeared when using Chrome. It would've saved some frustration if the limited browser compatibility was made clear from the start. Supposedly, they're working on improving this. What stings the most, is the difficulty of light/moderate customization. When a block is close to what you want, but not quite it, you very quickly end up having to dive into the code. Those who are savvy enough to do that, however, are probably better off using a more flexible (low-level) app in the first place. A much bigger set of configuration options with good defaults would go a long way! All in all, the app itself probably deserves 4 stars. Having 'Dilys from LayoutHub' in the corner of the screen much of the time, turns that into 5. She was both helpful and fun to talk to. Curious what life will be like without the constant reminders to write a review... ;)
Awful experience using the app - managed to successfully delete my blog since it was NOT clear what was happening or being overwritten. You cannot test the pages since you can't save them without committing to the £15 per month fee! Script errors appear on the blog worse, there is NO response from the "customer service". Be aware the response has been they have sent many emails. This is not so - the only emails I have received are marketing emails!
I am really sorry for this, we have tried to email and contact you many times but got no response. Can you send an urgent email to support@layouthub.com and also create a staff account to support@layouthub.com? We will help you as soon as possible
