Duke solved my blog layout problem. It added new sections based on the original template. Although it is simple, it is very effective. This is an important factor for me to give it a five-star rating. In addition, the plugin responds very quickly.

I am a novice when it comes to websites and found the page builder easy to use. I did have some difficulties but the chat feature solved all my issues. I was using Images that were suitable and Thomas on the chat feature talked me through the problem and how to fix it.

Customer Service is top notch! I'm really tech savvy and have made lots of sites over the years. Installed this app and loved the options. However, one section wasn't showing on the site the same as it was on the editor/draft page. I logged into the Chat service, got a rep within seconds and in less than a couple minutes Duke found the issue and fixed it. I almost couldn't believe it! If I hadn't gotten that help, I probably would have moved to a different app for layouts. That fast assistant made a customer out of me!!

The app is very user-friendly so is the support. They help me everytime I need a problem. Once I had such a problem that even the whole team gathered together to fix it. They sent me a photo in the chat :D I love how they want to keep their customers close to them even become friends with them. I think this is their biggest strength. The service is so good. Their customer support will help you add/code so many different things into your website and they make it so easy for you.
I can't say enough about how good the help team is. I literally sat down for hours with them and made minor adjustments to my page until it was perfect. Cass was the one who helped me with this and they were super friendly the whole way and a pleasure to work with. Jessie also helped me at some points previously and was super friendly and helpful as well.
I am someone who cares deeply about attention to detail, but so many themes are limited in how you can customize them, so having support team like layouthub that helps edit the little things and make sure everything is perfect is huge for me.
