Leat: Loyalty & Marketing

Leat has been fantastic for Third Window Brewing. We hit a complex issue with our club memberships, and Koen, Lars, and Faouzi were quick to respond and worked with us through every question. Koen did most of the troubleshooting, and we really appreciated it. Truly a white glove service experience. Highly recommend Leat to any merchant!

The pricing listed on the Shopify App store is misleading.

EDIT: I'm told the developers are working on addressing the pricing disparity from the Shopify store to their in-app subscription model. The Founder reached out to clarify and have been very helpful in setting me up with a great loyalty program

Leat has always been a great partner in the hospitality space, using hospitailty integrations. But when we layered Shopify on top of that, things got very complex.

But Koen and the Leat team have helped us navigate some incredibly tough challenges integrating across a diverse tech stack. The level of detail they go into with their support and triage is second-to-none.

Add to that the constant updates & improvements, fast movement & agility, it makes for a world-class tech partner.

It's been a massive unlock for our business, continuing to get better the longer we work together.

Ook bij vragen of problemen is het team goed bereikbaar en wordt er snel meegedacht naar een oplossing. Heel tevreden over de samenwerking met LEAT (en in het speciaal Nick). Nick heeft het hele loyaliteitsprogramma voor onze nieuwe webshop geïmplementeerd, heeft goede ideeën en is makkelijk te bereiken. Binnenkort weer een brainstorm om het loyaliteitsprogramma verder uit te breiden, dus ook een goede en betrouwbare partner voor de toekomst!
