We run performance marketing and Shopify builds for e-commerce brands, so we test a lot of WhatsApp tools. LetsBot is the first one where the Shopify connection actually behaved: install, connect the number, map the events, done — no developer time, no half-broken webhooks.
We've been running order confirmations, abandoned-cart recovery, the AI auto-reply bot, and multi-agent live chat on it for a month. Order and shipping notifications fire reliably on the official WhatsApp Business API, and abandoned-cart recovery has been the clearest revenue win — it covered the cost of the plan well before the month was out. The AI bot handles the repetitive "where's my order" and product questions in real Arabic, not translated Arabic. The shared inbox shows order and cart context inside the conversation, so the team answers faster without switching tabs.
Arabic and RTL support is native rather than bolted on, which matters if your customers are in Egypt or the Gulf. Support has been responsive every time we needed them.
