La aplicación creará el formulario del Libro de Reclamaciones INDECOPI requerido por ley en para vender por internet en Perú. Adicionalmente, podrás ver y descargar los reclamos creados por tus clientes directamente desde la aplicación. Cuando un cliente cree un reclamo, te llegará un correo electrónico con el detalle. Podrás responder los reclamos desde Shopify y elegir si quieres que los clientes reciban notificación por correo con la respuesta.
