Require an 'I agree to the terms and conditions' checkbox before checkout, including Shop Pay.

Lilya adds a terms and conditions checkbox above the checkout button on your cart page and in your cart drawer. The button stays disabled until the customer ticks the box, and a checkout rule stops checkouts without a current consent, including express checkout. Write your own sentence with any number of policy links. Consent is saved to each order. The checkbox is shown in the cart, not inside checkout. POS orders, order edits, API-created orders and recurring renewals are not checked.
