Integrating Link my books was easy and the online chat assistance is responsive and very helpful. The direct feed into Xero is great as it ensures each item is recorded separately without you having to manually split them out. Still playing around with the system and analytics it offers but so far I am impressed. Would recommend.
Edited review: so their 'human' support was good in the end and did help me resolve my issue.
But I still find it very frustrating having to deal with an AI chatbot (with all their hallucinations) before being able to speak with someone in the support team.
Saved us literally hours of work every week!
LMB has massively streamlined our incoming payment reconciliation process, taking a manual process that used to take us hours to one that is done at the click of a button. The customer service team are very friendly and helpful too
saves so much time!
Really easy to install and work with all my channels like Shopify, Amazon, Ebay etc. It has saved me so much time and the bonus that its cheaper than other apps on the market that are over priced and do the same job.
Honestly, this is exactly what we love to hear and thank you, Minati!
Getting all your channels talking to each other shouldn't be a headache, and we're glad it's been a smooth ride across the board for you. I have been using LMB for many years now and it is fantastic! such a great tool and the support staff are amazing if you ever have any issues
Good product and makes life easier, but expect overly inflated price increases year after year once your a customer.
Thank you for three years with us, that genuinely means a lot, and we're glad the product has been doing its job for you.
We do hear you on the pricing side of things, if you'd like to walk through your current plan with us, we'd love to have that conversation and make sure you're on something that actually makes sense for your business. Just reach out to the team directly, we're always happy to chat.

The Link My Books team has been incredibly responsive and helpful with all my queries. They quickly investigated and resolved issues related to small negative settlement balances rolled over by Amazon, as well as missing PayPal settlements.
I really appreciate how fast, friendly, and efficient their support team is. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Great experience overall!
Link My Books is beyond fantastic, we can't recommend it enough. We have been incredibly impressed with the platform and how easily it has integrated between our Shopify-Xero accounting set-up. It has simplified the process of breaking down of our Shopify payouts, something that used to take us a lot of time is now just one click. Hugely recommend!
That’s wonderful to hear, Coutille! We’re really glad the setup has been smooth and that it’s taking the heavy lifting out of your bookkeeping. Helping you spend less time sorting payouts and more time running your business is exactly what we aim for. Thanks for trusting us to be part of your workflow!
Fantastic service, very efficient app. Scales well and the staff are knowledgeable. Syncing with QBO has worked very well, and having tried a few solutions this is the most comprehensive. It also works well in the UK which often this kind of app does not. All round 5/5
Thank you so much for the glowing 5/5! 🎉
It’s great to hear LMB has been scaling with your needs. We’re especially happy to hear the app is working well for you in the UK.
Appreciate you trusting us these past couple of months, we’ll keep leveling up for you!

We previously used a different service (ending with an X) and regret not making the switch to Link My Books earlier. The transition was smooth, and the benefits were evident almost immediately.
One of the standout features of Link My Books is their exceptional customer service. The team is incredibly fast, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Whether through live chat or video calls, they ensure that any questions or issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
