Much better than any other review app we have ever used. The amount of reviews we are getting on a monthly basis is much much higher than ever before. The increase in amount of reviews has led to an increase in conversion rate to our store overall!

We needed to migrate the review aggregator we were using to a new platform as the one we were using was no longer fit for purpose in terms of review moderation, CX and having a solution that would evolve with the business.

After choosing Lipscore the migration itself had a number of unique requirements (as part of the specification we had laid out) that needed some bespoke solutions. From the outset, the team at Lipscore were more than happy to work through these challenges with us and help find a way to achieve what we needed. It seemed like 'no' wasn't in their vocabulary.
