Really like the idea behind this. Having customers ask questions and find relevant products in the same place makes a lot of sense, particularly with a catalogue like ours where people might need a bit of guidance before choosing. The product recommendations and ability to add to cart within the chat are a nice touch. Looking forward to seeing how it develops!
