An app that handles both cross-posting and synchronization is important to me, and this app delivers both. Customer support has been quick to resolve any synchronization issues I had encountered. There are also a variety of automatic rules for price and inventory synchronizing, which are extremely helpful.

Amazing app that has seamlessly synced across all our store channels. We previously had to very manually operate across ebay, etsy and shopify. Now it's all in one place! The support staff respond incredibly quickly and are very helpful.

We have used Litcommence for a few months. The software is quite intuitive and user friendly. Tech support is fantastic. They are always there, answer all questions and solve the problems promptly. Very happy so far. It's a powerful system that will save my team a lot of time. We've been manually pulling orders from our website, etsy, ebay and reverb for years and putting them into a spreadsheet...and without any stock-sync! A nightmare that is over now thanks to Shopify and LitCommerce.

the platform is easy to use and navigate. fast enough. I am still new to litcommerce and not really familiar with it. but there is some few may things would be good if we have it. for example. AI on desiccation, sometimes the system slow to upload or open up. apart from this, I am happy with it.

This is an incredible software that links and syncs all our products on different platforms like tiktok and ebay seamlessly, it has made our life so much easier as a business, would highly recommend. The customer service is also excellent, I recently had a problem and Harvey helped me through the entire problem step by step and solved the issue. Thank you!

So far so good. I've had this set up for a few days now and so far it's been excellent. The customer service section have been extremely helpful. They have helped me to get the features I need. I am hoping this proves to be as reliable long term as it has been so far.

We`re using LitCommerce solely for TikTok at the moment, but with plans to go to other marketplaces. We tried other apps before, but there was always something wrong - they don`t have the market we need, or they don`t have the feature we need, or the customer service is not quite helpful. LitCommerce, on the other hand, was a next level experience, especially their customer service team. Honestly, no matter how big or small our issues were (mostly me skipping the tutorials), they were always there for us and sorted everything in a matter of hours (more often - minutes). Hands down the BEST customer service I have EVER recieved in 8 plus years of working with apps on Shopify. The amount of time this app and customer service has saved me can not me measured. They literally stayed on chat with me as I set everything up and pointed out things to fix, etc. I have tried other apps similar to this that I could NOT get to work correctly as we have a large catalog. I had reached out to other apps in regards to the same thing with no resolve. This App , no problem at all!! DO NOT THINK TWICE DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!
