The customer support is exceptional. There are a few features on the Channel Sync that could use some clearer instruction depending on the Sales Channel. But the support chat has been a huge helping hand in the process.

Quick and helpful response. Helped me quickly find the feature I was looking for.

Cannot get to work with eBay or Amazon. Works fine with Reverb.

Ebay Support say its LitCommerce and they are not supported. Lit commerce support is away for a few days and can't help.

All its default postage options for eBay are in Canadian which cannot be changed, which is eBay errors. No products can sync.

App seems good, it kinda need some time to get used to it, but the support and time to get support is excellent

Rockey was very helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process. It all was very seamless and I was able to get the listings from one channel to another very quickly. The wait time was also very reasonable and it was just a good experience overall.

Philip with the support team was very quick to respond easy to work with and took his time to explain every question I had regarding lit commerce setup, so far I have had nothing but a great experience.

Great cutomer service and it was nice not talking to AI or a bot.
