LitCommerce eBay Etsy Amazon +

UPDATE! While Mona was great to work with, closer inspection of my Etsy import revealed tons of details that I had to figure out how to adjust, add, etc. LitCommerce is not at all ready for prime time.

I found that even though I would update listings and then sync with Etsy from LitCommerce, many would not hold and reverted randomly. And other support people just didn't have a grasp on what LitCommerce was supposed to help with and I spent a lot of wasted time with them only to find out LitCommerce would not do this, or wasn't compatible that.

I could have listed my *15* items on Etsy manually using my listings on Shopify in 1/4 of the time I spent trying to get LitCommerce to work.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: My session with Mona just now got me all the way from setting up a pricing and feature plan that worked for me to getting my products from my Shopify store imported into my new Etsy store in just a few minutes. I am IMPRESSED with LitCommerce so far. Thanks, Mona!

I waited to leave a review for LitCommerce until I had fully transitioned my listings and had time to see how well the platform performs. I’m very pleased with the results so far—performance has been solid, and customer support has been excellent.

There was a small issue early on with adding listings, but it was quickly resolved by the support team. Inventory sync between eBay and Shopify works reliably, just as advertised. I also find it extremely useful to manage pricing centrally through Shopify, and the ability to apply different rounding strategies is a great bonus.

I haven’t yet linked my Etsy store, but that’s the next step and I’m confident it will go smoothly based on my experience so far.

Overall, I highly recommend LitCommerce—it's a reliable, efficient solution for multichannel selling.

I had some trouble getting started and Chloe from customer service literally walked me through each different marketplace setup and stayed with me until it was complete.

GREAT customer service. And once it's integrated, it's super easy to maintain. I'd tried others first, like Marketplace from Shopify and Ced, but I wanted more expansive options of platforms to sync to from my Shopify store. Happy with my choice.

I've been using this app for a month or so at this point. It's great as long as your needs are simple. Anything complicated becomes a tediously manual process. Customer support is excellent. The tool itself is meh.

Excellent - works exactly as needed, linking multiple sites. A pain to do manually, so this takes out the hassle!

Support excellent too when needed - I've dealt with Alayna. Respond quickly and provide solutions efficiently, and in a pleasant manner.

I was skeptical about the app at first, but found that pushing my products from Shopify to eBay was pretty straightforward. Now pushing from Shopify to Amazon was a bit of a task, but support was there EVERY step of the way. I don't think I would have successfully implemented the Amazon integration without Alayna. I am forever thankful!

LitCommerce has been a lifesaver for connecting our sales channels across different stores. Their support team is great! They're courteous, patient and always make sure you understand everything.

It doesn't matter if you need help with a how-to, explore solutions or even request a new feature, they're always prompt to assist. They have always followed up all our inquiries to make sure everything is working perfectly. Honestly, their support is the best I've ever experienced. I can't recommend them enough!

I've tried several apps in this space with varying degrees of luck and LitCommerce is by far the best yet.

It took me some time to get my templates in order but once done, the integration between my Shopify and eBay stores is perfect. The price is right and for the couple of times I've had to use their support, they've been extremely helpful and quick to resolve my issues.

I definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to sync listings & inventory across several channels.

I was looking fintegration of ebay, Amazon and Etsy - and if not the simple and pretty intuitive software would have convinced me; Ruby provided outstanding support when I had a few questions. She even proactively told me what I could do better and how to make the most use out of their features. For any seller who is looking for a simple but very powerful way to sell on marketplaces: Give LitCommerce a try!

Have only been using for a week, but this app fills a great niche for me so far. eBay to Shopify store listing integration. eBay has the listing creation figured out but there is no way to easily import to Shopify that I found. Harvey in customer service has been very helpful answering questions.
