Ember was absolutely stellar today! Even when the error was on my end, she was incredibly patient with me (literally hours of patience). I hope to work with her again soon!

Looking for an alternative to ebay app being removed from the app store. Grabbed this only to find they don't have order sync...then what is the purpose of even offering a free plan if you can't use it for order syncing? I can list and add things to ebay all by myself. Takes longer but I really need the order syncing.

Pauline from LitCommerce support was AMAZING! This was my first time working with them and she helped me step-by-step. I hit the CHAT button and she responded in seconds. I have almost no experience with e-commerce and she made everything seem so easy with detailed instructions and screenshots of what I should be looking for on my end while I was working on my shop. Worst customer service and the app isn’t working.

There’s a slight learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it’s the best! You can also chat with real people who are quick to respond, which is the best part, in my opinion.

I was looking fintegration of ebay, Amazon and Etsy - and if not the simple and pretty intuitive software would have convinced me; Ruby provided outstanding support when I had a few questions. She even proactively told me what I could do better and how to make the most use out of their features. For any seller who is looking for a simple but very powerful way to sell on marketplaces: Give LitCommerce a try!

Excellent App! Saved me many hours of creating listings on multiple platforms. This simplifies with added features and to modify listings based on different platforms on go. Addition to that excellent and prompt customer service. I recommend to everyone who use multiple platforms.
