LitCommerce eBay Etsy Amazon +

We`re using LitCommerce solely for TikTok at the moment, but with plans to go to other marketplaces. We tried other apps before, but there was always something wrong - they don`t have the market we need, or they don`t have the feature we need, or the customer service is not quite helpful. LitCommerce, on the other hand, was a next level experience, especially their customer service team. Honestly, no matter how big or small our issues were (mostly me skipping the tutorials), they were always there for us and sorted everything in a matter of hours (more often - minutes). Hands down the BEST customer service I have EVER recieved in 8 plus years of working with apps on Shopify. The amount of time this app and customer service has saved me can not me measured. They literally stayed on chat with me as I set everything up and pointed out things to fix, etc. I have tried other apps similar to this that I could NOT get to work correctly as we have a large catalog. I had reached out to other apps in regards to the same thing with no resolve. This App , no problem at all!! DO NOT THINK TWICE DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!

Litcommerce is a good app for syncing Shopify with various platforms. It isn't very easy to do without the help of the helpdesk but they are very helpful and talk you through it on a live chat step by step. Once you have done it once it then becomes clear how it works very quickly, so overall a good app to use.

If you have a high SKU count, I do not recommend you go anywhere near this app.

It's been a horrific couple of weeks trying to sync just Amazon to Shopify, let alone multiple sales platforms.

We are still selling items at our Shopify prices on Amazon, where they should be marked up to account for Amazons fees and postage as per the pricing rules we have applied in App. Prices that show as £5 in LitCommerce selling on Amazon for £3 etc. Wish I'd never moved from my old setup.

The support team has been very responsive in answering all of our questions, which was a key component in our decision to use this app.

Super active team if you encounter any issues. Great seamless integration between multiple selling channels. Saves me easily 1-2 hours per day with automatic inventory syncing alone. Highly recommended!

At least for us the app never synchronized either quantity x price on Ebay.

I hate the fact that we users have to give a lot permissions to install the app and then later we see that the app did not work, BUT the data was already shared.

Avoid it !

Honestly what can I say. The team at LitCommerce have been great. This app is by far the best I have found and used. It has helped me double my business. The customer service team are very responsive and help with even the smallest of enquiry. I highly recommend this app. It's worth the money!

We use LitCommerce for syncing our inventory, as a used retailer we really put a strain on their system; apps like this are usually designed around a set number of SKUs not a revolving door like what we have. That said, the app takes it like a champ and the couple of times it had a hiccup or we needed an extra feature built in they had it done in like a day. Can't recommend enough for high volume retail
