Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit LitCommerce. Das Mapping zu eBay lässt sich schnell und einfach aufsetzen. Mit Templates und Recipes lässt sich das Einstellen der Artikel stark beschleunigen. Die Synchronisation funktioniert zuverlässig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schnelle und freundliche Customer Support, der wirklich in Probleme einsteigt und Lösungen anbietet.

Eine wirklich tolle App, die viel Zeit spart, wenn man auf unterschiedlichen Sales Plattformen unterwegs ist! Der Support ist mega! ...immer hilfreich und sofort verfügbar. Ich freue mich, mein Business weiter ausbauen zu können. Ich kann diese Applikation jedem empfehlen, der langfristig ein Business aufbauen möchte.

This app is outstanding. It does everything I need and most importantly, the support staff is unmatched. I ask a question and get an immediate response. The tech team has helped run larger processes in a quick and timely manner. I have never had such a great experience with the helpful and friendly reps. The only problem for me is that Amazon does not import names and addresses on their orders. (They are waiting for approval) but this is something we are working around at this time without too much disruption. After that is done, there are no issues I am aware of. AND...I have almost 80K SKUS so they are handling a large qty of SKUs. Highly Recommend.

Great tool for e-commerce platforms - we are specialised in musical instrument business, and without this app we wouldn't be able to maintain price/inventory/ listings. Saves a lot of time and the help from the support team is very good too. Recommended!

LitCommerce is one of the few apps that just works. UI can be a little daunting, but theres always help and support on hand to be able to aid you whenever you have any issues. Would struggle to run some parts of my business without it

I’ve tried a lot of different integration services, and none have come close to LitCommerce. It’s hands-down the best I’ve used. The setup was smooth, the interface is straightforward, and syncing across channels like eBay and Shopify works flawlessly. With other services, I’ve wasted hours trying to set up connections only to have them break, fail to sync, or not work at all. LitCommerce was the quickest to set up, and my inventory, pricing, and listings now stay updated automatically without constant babysitting. It has saved me so much time, and the support team is fast, friendly, and actually solves problems. I highly recommend LitCommerce to anyone managing multiple sales channels.

Finally - an app that works!
After struggling with Shuttle for months, I finally moved over to LitCommerce. Wish I had done it much sooner! It's made syncing Shopify Etsy simple and reliable. I’ve made more progress in an hour here than months struggling with Shuttle. Clear dashboard, smooth setup, and everything just works! And the customer service is beyond helpful! Rachel has been online and available to help me ever step.

I'm extremely happy with LitCommerce! Their support team is incredibly fast at resolving issues and always follows up promptly. The order sync is now super smooth and lightning fast a huge improvement! It’s rare to find such reliable and responsive service.

ALL of the customer service folks I've dealt with at LitCommerce have been AMAZING. I'm a newbie, and they all were patient, thorough, and extremely helpful. I had looked into another product syncing service before this and not only was the product awful, but the customer service was beyond lacking. LitCommerce has been great-- they follow up quickly, they allow you to download your convo for reference, and, in some cases they personalize plans to suit your specific needs. I typically don't leave reviews unless it's a bad experience to be honest--but this was a good one and it deserves all the stars. Thanks, LitCommerce!! I'll be launching my new website soon and it's in big part because of all of you. A+ all around! :)
