Good customer service, customer representative's very good, especially Harvey (Hung Vu)

Their support has been top notch, available at a moment's notice and helping troubleshoot even when the limitation isn't on the app's end but Shopify's API.

I was having issues with Inventory syncing and Rosalie was an angel! She figure out the prob so fast, and she helped me fix it!

Natalie was very helpful, and took the time to answer every question and never make me feel rushed. All of the screenshots also helped, and she explained the steps to make the process easier for me next time I run into the same issue. Great customer service!

Customer Service is great and fast. Easy to communicate with them and they always provide answers and other solutions should they not be able to fix something in the app

Beyond easy to onboard to coming from other tools that required a lot more effort to match you inventory up. The support team has also been incredibly helpful at getting me onboarded and set up. Thanks to Evelyn for answering all my questions!

Mit LitCommerce braucht man eigentlich keine andere App mehr.
Die Lernkurve ist sehr steil aber der Support ist via Bot immer zu erreichen und wenn der mal nicht weiter weiß kommt der richtige Support. 5/5 Sterne würde ich immer weiter empfehlen.
