Setting up Amazon listings is complex and time-consuming, but Harvey made it manageable. He was always responsive, professional, and never rushed us. Had to find a new app to replace inkfrog, and so far LitCommerce seems to be an excellent replacement. I'm only using the eBay marketplace connection for now, but if things continue to go smoothly, I'll likely add the Walmart and/or Amazon connection too. It was a little bit of a learning curve for me as I was just so used to inkfrog. Harvey helped me get the bulk of things set up, but Natalie, Claire and Pauline also responded quickly through the chat box to answer any question or walk me though a setting. The cost is more than inkfrog, but still worth it if it continues to work smoothly.

The app is perfect, I used a competitor before who were slow and outdated but Litcommerce is simple straight forward and everything I need. It handles all automation perfectly every 15 minutes, bulk listing is super easy, and migrating shopify to Ebay is the best compared to every other tool I have tried. On top of this the customer service are instant and they are the biggest help ever, especially Mona. Thank you guys for this great tool.
