LitCommerce eBay Etsy Amazon +

9th April 2024: Update to earlier review. We have been using Litcommerce for more than 6 motnhs now and they continue to impress with their customer support. Mostly, during that period, we have not needed any support but on the rare occasion it is required, LitCommerce always responds promptly and efficiently and clearly explains how to sort the issue so that I can do it myself. Nothing is too much trouble. As for teh software, it works great, stock control is accurate in a timely manner and as I said previously, listing on ebay is made very easy. I still highly recommend this app.

I have been using this app for about 1 month and I have to say I am very impressed. It works seamlessly between Shopify and Ebay and makes listing on Ebay very quick. There are a couple of features missing, for instance you can't set up multi-buy discounts on ebay through the app, but that's a small thing and I just edit my listing on ebay afterwards - perhaps LitCommerce might look into adding this as a feature in the future.
Similar to other customers, I have found the technical support to be second to none. I had a few issues at the beginning with not having correct SKUs and I thought I was going to have to manually add in about 1000 SKUs but LitCommerce were able to help and saved me so much time and effort. Also, with any queries I have had, they have been extremely responsive and super helpful. They go above and beyond to help you. If you are consdering using LitCommerce, do it, its a great app and the technical service is fantastic.

I have tried other multi-channel apps, but this one seems to be the best thought out. It is highly customizable. If you try it out, take some time learning about the templates and setting them up properly before trying to send listings to other channels. Also, set your channel settings before importing your products. I found chat help to be highly competent, including clear screen shots and coaching me through my learning curve. My session with Ember tonight was exceptional. If you get slow response times, note that they have live chat hours which are primarily in the evenings, if you are in the U.S. Great work Ember and LitCommerce!

Excellent app. A clean, extremly well organised dashboard and swift, knowledgeable live support. We are impressed and will be using it on multiple platforms.

Just onboarded, so I don't have a lot data yet, but the chat person was super helpful. I have a good feeling that I made the right move, but need more time to know for sure. So, 5 stars for support!

I have moved both Amazon and eBay off LitCommerce as Amazon just stopped syncing and I could not get it fixed quickly enough by LitCommerece. I have kept the Etsy integration with LitCommerce due to a customisation I have with them. Every 3 months they update their software and every 3 months they overwrite my customisations which causes issues with overselling (qty) and underselling (price). The std response to a critical incident is that they will fix in 24 hours. Then it's another 24 hours and then its the weekend ... Anyway, I don't recommend using this app if you have customisations. Unfortunately, I am going to have to look at moving over the next couple of months as it's just too unreliable.

Until this last month - I had been extremely happy with LitCommerce. It started at the end of June 2025 (financial year end in Australia) when the ENTIRE team was away for 4 days and I had a major incident. It was eventually resolved.
Then 4 days ago - I could not import from Shopify (spinning wheel) - I have been assured it would be fixed in 24 then 48 hours then ... who knows when. I also noticed that my inventory is not being sync'd from Shopify to LitCommerce as items are sold. This was reported 24 hours ago. Despite these being critical incidents - I still have no idea when this will be resolved. I am beyond disappointed.
There does not seem to be any support over weekends or in office hours for Australia. I am Ok to wait up to 24 hours for a critical incident but then I really do need it fixed.

With the Shopify -> ebay integration falling away on 31/12/2022, I was looking around for another solution. I was interested to see that LitCommerce had an integration to Etsy as well which solved a more immediate problem. My units of measure on both platforms differed for quilting fabric - I sell in Fat Quarters 1 = 25cm on Etsy and 1 = 1 cm on Shopify. I contracted LitCommerce to do some custom integration for these products to keep my inventory in sync and then to import orders into Shopify as the correct UOM. It has been a long process - the platform is a little buggy - BUT - and this is the reason I gave 5 STARS - the support is fantastic. Yes, they may not be in my timezone (Australia), but I can leave a message for Ember in the chat and as soon as she starts - it is addressed and more importantly she is in constant contact with updates.
I will let things settle down and then start the process to integrate with eBay by the end of the year.
If you have patience, are prepared to test, want a low cost solution - this is the integration for you.

I had loads of questions before subscribing, but every support agent I spoke to was incredibly patient and helpful in answering them all. Natalie and Tracy were especially supportive and made the whole process much easier for me. I also really appreciate the other support agents whose names I didn’t catch — everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and responsive. Great customer service overall!
