Mit einer guten Anleitung - und die hatte ich mit Lily - alles perfekt!

The help and support was quick and immediately helping me with channel listings and which subscription would be best for my number of listings. Philip was just great on knowledge of the app and showed me how to do what I needed to do.

Great and quick customer service, always really helpful.

Vielen Dank sagt www.TradingToys.de

The app has a lot of options that can make it sometime hard to know everything about the app. Where Lit Commerce has differentiated itself is their superior customer service. Every time I have had an issue, I have only had to wait a few seconds to have a customer representative on chat and the problem figured out. This includes small user error problems to bigger system issues. I can not say enough good things about this company and this app.

lily is patient and very skilled, she helped me learning fast, best regards to her

Phillip from LitCommerce provided an absolutely outstanding level of support throughout the entire process. From the very first second to none interaction, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, and technical expertise. He took the time to carefully explain every detail, answer all of my questions, and guide me through several complicated integration issues without ever making me feel rushed. His response time was incredibly fast, and his willingness to go above and beyond was truly impressive. Phillip’s knowledge of the platform is second to none, and his dedication to customer satisfaction made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Thanks to his persistence and expertise, everything was resolved perfectly. This was honestly one of the best customer support experiences I have ever had, and Phillip is a tremendous asset to the LitCommerce team.

Claire was tons of help! Have been using litcommerce for quite a while, and its far better than any of the competitors that we have tried. So far it has been very dependable and it is well designed to have pretty great ease of use. Thank you from Brian @ Lapidary Central!
