LitCommerce eBay Etsy Amazon +

I'm using the free trial to poke around and check out how the app works between my amazon, etsy and shopify stores. So far so good! I ran into a snafu where a couple child variants were pulled from their parent variant when pulling the listings from amazon, and Harvey was a help as we tried to figure out what happened. Turns out it was an easy fix to get sorted out. Thanks Harvey!

This app is reasonably-priced and functions correctly to sync inventory and sales between Shopify and various sales platforms. Support chat is responsive and generally helpful.

Extremely pleased; it may be a bit confusing to set up at first (anything this complex and important will be), but once it is it'll make your like 100x easier. Seriously. Do note that there are constant changes/limitations imposed from sales channels (for us it's Etsy and their shifting API policies), but LitCommerce is always aggressive about finding ways to fix, circumvent, or work with those limitations (including communicating said changes). Point is stay vigilant!

Truly indispensable to my business. Worth every penny.

I've only been using the tool for a day but it's been incredibly easy to use and very straight forward to set up and navigate and the customer service has been very attentive and friendly.

Edit: After trying the tools out for longer. I'd recommend it still but there are some nuances to understand. There is a lot of setup and product listing housekeeping needed to make sure your listings match perfectly between Shopify and your platforms, e.g. listings that have variations on your other marketplaces need to also have the exact same variations on Shopify. Additionally, the Etsy integration is frequently not syncing listings due to rate limits, but that's 100% Etsy's fault. I've run into this issue on MANY platforms. Just something to be aware of if you sell on Etsy. As LitCommerce grows, the Etsy syncing issues will likely get worse as rate limits will get hit faster unless Etsy increases their API rate limits.

I just started using LitCommerce, and so far it’s been great — especially for the price! The features are solid, and the customer service team has been super responsive and helpful. Definitely a good value for anyone managing multiple sales channels.

I just setip the LitCommerce app to sync my shopify store content to eBay, and overall the integration was very smooth. When I ran into 2 issues during setup, the online support immediately responded and handled the issues quickly. Thank you!

They were pretty good for a while. Now you have random outages where orders do not sync. Like we all know if you don't despatch on time on etsy or ebay you are penalised. So you hope with these types of apps that they inform you there is an issue with syncing. If they don't they could pretty much ruin your business over night.

As a large-volume customer with over 10,000 items, I do feel that the subscription price is a bit high. I would really appreciate it if you could consider offering a discount for high-volume users like me.

Update! Things with this app have been going pretty well again over the last few months. I think and hope we are past the issues that I've experienced. Customer support is very helpful and quick to get me answers when I get stuck. I've changed my 1 star feedback to 4 and will update this review again in the future as things progress and as Litcommerce continues to earn back my trust.

CAUTION! I just noticed my Etsy channel was disconnected, for the second time. Last time, I thought maybe it was something I did. This time, I know it wasn't me. Inventory counts are now screwed up, again.

Description sync is turned OFF but just discovered the app is still syncing my shopify descriptions, overriding my app settings. There is particular wording that would cause account suspensions on third party sites so this one is HUGE!

There is no live help anymore, everything switched to AI support. I am in the middle of a critical crisis and nothing I can do except disconnect the app which will result in even more work if I do.

Very upsetting to not for one, get any notification that my channel was disconnected (hope to learn the cause soon) and who knows how long the descriptions have been syncing as well.

Could be any minute now that my third party sites I've built up over the last 18 years will be suspended FOREVER and there is zero support at LitCommerce and I'm not at fault. Very upset!

I'm changing my 5 star rating to only 1 because of these issues which have both happened twice now!

I've been using LitCommerce since October 2025.

LitCommerce is the real deal when it comes to marketplace integration. Reverb integration is essential for our business, but having seen and tried competing integration apps which cost me way more time than they saved, I was hesitant. However, LitCommerce has made the setup and inventory sync process as pain free as possible. As a major bonus, the support team is fantastic - kind, helpful and responsive when needed (thanks Pauline!).

We now have near instant update of inventory and all orders across all sales channels feeding back to Shopify. This is a HUGE win and timesaver for us as well as consolidating all of our sales metrics in one dashboard on Shopify. It also allows us to scale our business in ways that weren't previously possible for our small team.

LitCommerce is an amazingly well designed tool that is as user friendly as this type of app can be. There is still a learning curve to ensure optimal results. Invest time up front learning the flow and various options for configuring each sales channel. Spend time setting up templates for each sales channel, especially for categories and shipping profiles. This will save you time later while listing new products and you can always adjust the templates later if needed. Test a small number of listings representative of your catalog before syncing everything to minimize setup problems. We spent day one learning the flow and UI of LitCommerce, setting up templates, and publishing a small group of listings to test and validate the integration separately for each sales channel. We had our inventory synchronized across Shopify, Reverb, and eBay by the end of day two. I was anticipating a multi-week process. The ability to link products to listings already posted on those marketplaces saved us a great deal of effort during setup. We tailor listings titles and descriptions to different sales channels, but LitCommerce makes this a much faster process. Highly recommended integration platform.
