Service is great, they are very responsive.
Works well when all data is spot on. Some issues with linking orders by variant but customer support is helpful in troubleshooting.
Amazing support. I have only started using LitCommerce and had no clue what I am doing. Rachel was very helpful and went above and beyond. Great start to using the app with my business. I hope this will help my store grow and GlossGlam will be definitely very grateful to LitCommerce for all the support xx

Very helpful, and no complex questions about my situation. Gave me a quick and direct answer with no downtime.
I started the trial yesterday and made good progress setting up the link between Shopify and eBay. Went to bed and about half of my listings on eBay ended because I didn't have a 1:1 match between the two platforms so everything not on Shopify was delisted on eBay. I used the chat support and Rachel provided expert support with great attitude. My issue was not caused by their platform it was totally self inflicted. Rachel guided me through the steps to easily fix the problem and even showed me how to perform other steps in my process not linked to my request for help. Top Notch, thank you.

I found this app and decided to try the free trial period to see how it works, etc. Later, I canceled the subscription well before the automatic renewal because I decided not to use it for personal reasons. Despite the fact that the subscription was canceled, I was still charged. I wrote an email to customer support but did not receive any response. I would like to get a refund, as the subscription was canceled, but my email was never answered.

Once you get your head around some of the quirks and it's set up correctly, it works great. The support have been outstanding, very quick to reply and resolve the few issues I had (some of which were my understanding of how to use the system). Very impressed and at a very reasonable price.
