LitCommerce eBay Etsy Amazon +

LitCommerce has been soooo helpful in onboarding me. Allowed me to move from Amazon to Shopify and then branch out my whole store to eBay and Tiktok within 2 days!

The best thing about LitCommerce is the customer support service agents, like Nick, Rachel and more. They really are trained and understand to help you get to the root cause of the issues and help you resolve it. Amazon listings variations took me a long time to understand on Amazon platform, but the LitCommerce team really simplified the whole process, and made me understand it step by step (something that you will never get with Amazon support). I am just so grateful for the support provided and wish to continue to grow my company with LitCommerce :). Thanks guys!

Now that I have used this app for a decent amount of times and have connected 2000 products to amazon successfully with no errors (other API's have been unsuccessful lately with Amazon) I feel I can write a better review.

Cons:
-Address information doesn't import. This is the only reason I am marking this to 2 stars because it's pretty annoying to have to manually add in address information for orders. LitCommerce says they are working with Amazon on this but other API's do it just fine. If you are getting daily orders, you will be doing a lot of extra manual data entry. Because other marketplace connectors import shipping addresses, I know this is possible.
-Support sometimes guides you in any direction, and not the right direction. I have resolve listing errors myself. Overall, they are great though.

Pros:
-It works.
-Clean UI
-Templates / Receipts are cool, but can overcomplicate things. I think you should be able to manually override products that use a template. Silly that I can't change the name of a product because it's locked behind a template.
-Support is fantastic, and "chats" are more like email chains where you can return hours later and continue the issue.
-Depending on sales, it can be less expensive than others.

Really good support from Nick and the others. I am transitioning from Marketplace Connect (not a fan) and LitCommerce has such a better UI and process for being able to map items from Shopify to both eBay and Amazon. I can not quickly move listings from Shopify to both eBay and Amazon.One caution is that if you need to use this tool to map over orders, you might want to read some of the limitations with Amazon. However, I use it only for inventory and listings so it is not an issue.

I'm not sure why I didn't switch sooner! We have been an online business for going on ten years now. We are on Etsy, eBay, have our own website, a wholesale website, and TikTok shop. Our previous inventory tracking did not link our wholesale and TikTok shop. LitCommerce is a GAME CHANGER. If you use any other inventory tracker, SWITCH to LitCommerce. It is so simple and to the point and very easy to start! Even with us as an established business with thousands of listings, syncing everything for the first time was a breeze. This app is especially useful for anyone selling on TikTok shop. This was a huge one for us. No other platform was successfully syncing our inventory across ALL platforms. We were always so messed up. LitCommerce is also very affordable for what it is. Honestly, I would pay three times the price they are charging because the platform is that good. What makes it incredible is their CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have a chat box like every other company, however, they respond almost immediately and its a real person! No AI, no automated messages, real people helping you in real time! I can't say enough about their customer service, it's seriously the best customer service I've ever had.

Excellent Support and Great Experience with LitCommerce
We've had a fantastic experience using LitCommerce to manage our multi-channel listings. The platform is intuitive and powerful, but what really stands out is their support team. Anytime we had a question or ran into a small issue, they responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. It's rare to find such a helpful and responsive support team these days. Highly recommended!

I have been attempting to integrate several different Apps to link my Shopify store with Ebay. All of the other competitors have not linked the store for some unknown reason and the support they gave was difficult as it was run by Bots. LitCommerce was easy to install and integrate. When having issues understanding the application Harvey was on standby in the support section and gave me more that an hour of undivided attention to get my issues rectified. FIVE STAR SERVICE.

LitCommerce has been a smooth and easy tool for connecting our Shopify store with Etsy. The setup process was straightforward, and the interface is user-friendly. We’re especially happy with the fast sync and responsive customer support. Looking forward to exploring more features as we scale!

Disappointing Support Experience – Be Cautious

I wish I had read the reviews before trying this app.

First, there is no demo or one-on-one onboarding—support is offered only via chat, and it can take a very long time to get a response. Most of the replies feel like canned copy-paste answers from documentation, rather than real help.

A major issue arose when dealing with parent/child products that already have UPCs but aren't listed on Amazon yet (i.e., needing to create a new ASIN). Support insisted that I apply for a GTIN exemption, which is incorrect—GTIN exemptions are for products that don’t have UPCs, typically generic or private-label items.

Trying to explain this was exhausting. After nearly 4 hours of back-and-forth, I gave up.

The app shows potential, but the lack of live support (even paid options) makes it very hard to trust—especially for sellers managing thousands of products. If you're in that category, be cautious before committing.

I've been using LitCommerce for a while now, and I have to say, it's a great budget-friendly alternative to other platforms. It's really easy to use and has all the features I need to sync and link my inventory across multiple marketplaces.

I can quickly list products, update inventory in real time, and avoid overselling. Everything stays organized, and I don't have to deal with complicated setups. If you're looking for a simple and reliable tool for managing inventory across different sales channels, LitCommerce is a solid choice.

This app is superior to the other integrations we have tried so far. The online chat support has been very helpful. The agents I spoke with were clear, patient with me and have always found me the best answer. We will be running three integrations with LitCommerce and I look forward to the next three months as we gain even more insight and understanding of our options.

Pricing is reasonable and very easy to understand.
