Absolutely perfect, connection was so quick! Support staff were brilliant and helped me through the whole process - link to tiktok is working brilliantly and synching my inventory almost immediately? Highly recommend and will be rating and recommending to tiktok sellers as well
I have been searching for a platform that checked all the boxes for what seemed like forever. Most of the things I needed would cost upwards of $80 a month and I just couldn't afford that. Upon using this platform there was a bit of a learning curve but the customer assistance is immediate. Louisa spent hours with me helping me iron out all the details (and this was in the middle of the night for her with the time difference). Having fast and helpful customer service in this world is worth more than money, as its saving me hours of trial and error on my end.

I had a really great experience with the support team today, especially Evelyn. From the beginning, she handled everything professionally and with genuine care. My questions were answered clearly, and I felt fully supported throughout the entire session.
It was my first time reaching out, and I’m honestly impressed with how smooth and helpful the experience was. Evelyn was patient, knowledgeable, and quick to respond.
Thank you for the excellent support — I truly appreciate it and look forward to continuing to use the app!
I had an issue linking my SKUs between main product and eBay store and couldn’t get it to work properly. Harvey from Licommerce jumped in straight away, responded incredibly quickly, and provided a clear solution that fixed the problem on the spot. His support was efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I’m very happy with the service and appreciate how smoothly everything was resolved. A+++++ service. - Roy
Chloe in support was great. She was able to resolve sync questions about Amazon on the first try.
This app solves out syncing needs, and the support team is super helpful, replying quickly around the clock and with out-of-the-box thinking to solve any need. Highly recommended.
Harvey m'a apporté une aide rapide, pertinente et bienveillante pour le parametrage de litcommerce.
Great customer support. I had some questions about the processes, and I was using the help chat available. I got assistance right of way. I had them reach out to me the next day for follow up. Fantastic service.
Nick was extremely helpful and very thorough with his support. His help was greatly appreciated.
Top of the line app. They customized our integration from Shopify to Woocommerce and have been very helpful in working with us to achieve our specific needs. Most importantly, it works!
