LitCommerce eBay Etsy Amazon +

We are in the process of changing website providers and the support we have received from LitCommerce has been second to none. They respond to all questions extremely quickly and provide detailed and informative answers, saving us hours of research and helping us keep our launch on track!

LitCommerce has been very helpful in managing my multichannel listings between eBay and Shopify. The support team is responsive and guided me clearly when I faced an order sync issue. They quickly helped me understand the problem and worked on a solution. Overall, a smooth experience so far and I appreciate their support.

Moved over to LitCommerce and the transition was seamless. It was very easy to link products and get everything running. On top of that, the support is first class, responses are almost instant and the support staff are extremely helpful. They don’t rush you or assume you already know everything; they guide you through the process and let you work at your own pace with no pressure. Highly recommended.

Seit 4 Wochen funktioniert der Upload an Amazon nicht. Der Support findet für das Problem keine lösung - nun muss ich die App deinstallieren weil sie einfach nicht funktioniert.

Overall I have enjoyed using LitCommerce. I use it to sync Shopify, Etsy, Ebay, Amazon and Walmart. I do encounter issues at times and often it is user error. However, they do respond within 24 hours to walk me through the problems and how to solve them.

I was new to lit commerce and did a chat with Harvy. He was SOOO patient with me and answered all my questions. I tried just about every app that bridges ebay and shopify lit commerce seems to have all the bells and whistles, easy to find things and understand, which is very important for me I am not terribly techy so has to be easy to find things and to understand. I am sure I will find more functions as time goes on and whatever I can't find I will just send a message to the team at online chat. If you were an inkfrog user this app is more modern but still has many of the same functions and believe me that is hard to find I tried many, lit commerce is the app of choice:):)
I would recommend this, plus it was nice to get a real person not AI and I love AI for many things but not all.

Super Fast Customer Service !!! It has a user-friendly interface and keep track of everything.

The app doesn't work properly. They are telling me that i am having trouble because i don't have GTIN Exemption on Amazon although i have and i am able to sync my product via another app.

The worst thing is the customer service!
Although they seem online, it takes ages to get a reply and unfortunately the customer service representatives are unexperienced.

I don't recommend this app at all.
