Evelyn answered my question directly, and quickly with full knowledge of the app, and a link to a tutorial on the subject of my inquiry.
very helpful.
app is very good. The support team is extremely helpful and provides excellent service. They give great advice. I’m very impressed and highly recommend this app.
My experience with customer service rep Evelyn has been outstanding! Using her extensive knowledge of the Litcommerce App, she is helping me learn how to integrate my reverb.com shop with Shopify by using the Litcommerce App. There are many available tools on Litcommerce to make it happen. Evelyn has a thorough understanding of how to use all of these tools and features on the App. Also, Evelyn has been patient and responsive as I learn how to use the many options on the Litcommerce site. Thank you Evelyn!

Rachel provides amazing support. She grasps the true essence of the challenges and gives spot-on assistance. Thank you so much.
I find it very helpful that they respond to my questions via chat immediately. They also solve problems when the system doesn't work as expected. I've been using them for over a year now and trust them.
Great customer service, quick responses and fixed my issue.
I have tried many multi-channel apps and this one seems to be the most user friendly. I hope the keep making it better by adding more and more intergrations.
