LitCommerce eBay Etsy Amazon +

Great cutomer service and it was nice not talking to AI or a bot.

Thank you so much to the LitCommerce team - Mona, Rachel, Phillip. They're always ready and available to answer any questions. The platform itself has been a game-changer for connecting our Shopify and Etsy stores and finally getting a handle on our inventory issues.

Rachel was extremely friendly and answered my questions very quick. Fast, effective support :)

Just linked my stores, my initial assessment is that this is going to make my life so much easier. I had a little difficulty creating my main store and I started a live chat with support and they were able to help me very quickly. In 5 minutes I had my store created any my sales platforms linked. Thank you.

I am very thankful to Rachel and the team for helping through with my error and shipping issues. They have great customer service and support. They were amazing following up with us. I am very happy with the service.

Affordable marketplace inventory management software, easy to use with really helpful support if you run into any issues.

The team at litcommerce were very helpful (Lily) in helping us navigate and understand the process in integrating our 4 other platforms, we found litcommerce to be the easiest way to integrate our products seamlessly and update and manage our inventory one place.

I've been using the app for a couple of months now and it has helped me manage my inventory well. Support has been very responsive and helpful when I have questions. Just had a session where Lily walked me through the exact steps I needed to do. So helpful!

Fantastic support, within 1 minute on a Sunday I received fast assistance to get everything running smoothly with our setup and updating to multiple channels. Rachel was very thorough and answered all queries, showed screenshots and double checked all was processing correctly. This helps solve a major headache with inventory management all from the one place. Really pleased so far!

Rachael from LitCommerce is awesome! Great tool for syncing listings across multiple channels.
